About

A study group, not a clinic

Biohacker India exists to raise the standard of longevity conversation in India — to explain the biology properly, to weigh the evidence in public, and to give people who want a longer healthy life something better than supplement marketing to read. We treat traditional Indian medicine with respect and with scrutiny, in that order.

How we write

Mechanism before protocol

If we cannot explain why something should work, we will not tell you to do it. Understanding the pathway is what lets you judge the next claim without us.

The hedge is the honest part

Most longevity findings come from cells, worms, mice or short human trials. We say which, every time. Certainty is the tell of someone selling something.

Tradition as hypothesis

Centuries of use is a reason to investigate, not a reason to believe. Some classical practices hold up remarkably well; others do not, and we publish both results.

Cheap things first

Sleep, sunlight, walking, protein, strength, company. Nothing on the supplement shelf outperforms these, and most of it is bought instead of them.

Our evidence labels

Every claim carries its grade

LabelWhat it means
StrongConsistent human randomised trials or very large prospective cohorts
GoodSeveral human trials, modest size, broadly agreeing
PreliminarySmall or short human studies; mechanism plausible
Animal-onlyConvincing in models, untested at human scale
TraditionalLong documented use; little or no modern trial evidence
WeakPopular, poorly supported — we say so and explain why

Where to find us

We are online only — no clinic, no consultations, no products. The conversation happens in these three places.
